EASY TO LEARN and MANY TOOLS AVAILABLE

• Easy to use Drag & Drop Tools. No Graphic Knowledge Required

MULTI-USER and INTERNET REMOTE STORAGE

• Can be installed on up to 40 machines in parallel - in class, at yearbook advisor's home, yearbook office, or yearbook staff's homes  No more staying late at school to work on the yearbook!
• Online Collaboration Option provides Internet Remote Storage, which allows for Internet storage of the yearbook pages, as they are being built. This allows users to work on the yearbook any place they have an Internet connection.

IMPORT STUDENT and STAFF PHOTOS

• Import the industry-standard PSPA CD (photographers CD) which contains student portraits and a text file describing them
• Import to integrate or replace existing student records
• Easily query to find students in a particular grade/home room/last name/etc.

AUTOMATED PANEL CREATION and DATABASE MANIPULATION

• Automatic creation of classroom panel pages
• Filter the database by criteria (home room, grade, etc.) to drive the creation and population of a grid of student images that span as many pages as required
• Move students from one classroom to another, integrate reshoots, remove students that have left the school, bulk tag images, etc.
• Customize label contents (First name/Last name/etc.), positioning (below/edge), and formatting (color/shadow/font/etc.)
• Customize the panel page ‘look’ (knocking out frames, reshaping the grid, etc)

FINISHING

• Syncing of all team member pages into one single file
• Output designs to layered PSD, multipage PDF, JPG, BMP, TIF, TGA, PNG
• One-click upload to UBuildABook for printing.

LICENSED BY SCHOOL, PER YEAR

• The licenses, for up to 40 users, are tied to a particular school, renew annually and cost only $200 per 12-month period
• Also available is an Internet Remote Storage Option, which allows for Internet storage of the yearbook pages and costs an additonal $150 per 12-month period
• No additional cost for using software for other uses such as newsletters, fundraising books, club and sport specific books.
